We'll Make it Right

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and want to do right by you. We recognize that sometimes there can be an issue that needs to be addressed concerning the content or delivery of a product or service.

At Black Door Solutions, we offer a "We'll Make It Right" guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with our products or services, we'll work with you to address your concerns. If you're still not satisfied, we'll refund your money completely.

How It Works

Please feel free to contact us as soon as you detect an issue. Here is how our guarantee works:

  • Notify us within 30 days of receiving the product or service.

  • We will work with you to resolve any issues.

  • We reserve the right to issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue or decide not to.

  • Refunds can be provided using the same payment method or through an account credit.

Note: Some of our services are offered through a signed statement of work, which may contain specific terms and conditions concerning our guarantee. In those cases, the language in the statement of work supersedes our posted guarantee.
